Our large, two-story home has plenty of room for your family to relax in after a hectic day at the theme parks however you want to relax.
The family living room has a vaulted ceiling which enhances the feeling of space. It is tastefully decorated in a pastel color and furnished with three sofas, coffee and side tables and features Jack Vettriano prints on the wall. It is at the back of the house and over looks the pool area.
In this room you will be able to watch TV or a DVD, choose your favorite music from our library of CDs or just read a book for our lending library if you prefer.
Master Bedroom
THE MASTER BEDROOM
The enormous king size master bedroom is decorated with a Chinese theme in gold and white. It has cable TV/DVD, clock radio and telephone plus a ceiling fan. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom as well as a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom. This closet also houses the free safe ready for your use. A large bathroom with tiled floor; double sinks, oversized bath, large shower and toilet complete the master facilities.
Queen Bedrooms
THE QUEEN BEDROOM
The stunningly elegant queen bedroom is on the second floor at the front of the house. Its décor reflects the colors of Florida and uses lilac and silver. There is a large walk-in closet, dresser with mirror and dresser drawers providing ample storage.
SECOND QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM
This bedroom is also on the second floor and is opulently decorated in an Indian style using red and gold. It has nightstands as well as a good-sized closet. This room is at the front of the house.
Twin Butterfly Room
THE TWIN BEDROOM
Overlooks the pool at the back of the house and is upstairs.
With butterflies dancing around the walls this room is ideal for the ladies in your family-whatever their ages.
There is a remote controlled TV with 70 cable channels, a good-sized closet, and dresser with mirror for storage and a ceiling fan.
These three rooms make use of the dolphin themed family bathroom on the second floor.
The Pool Area
THE POOL
Jansfloridavilla has a screened, stepped entry pool that measures 28x14 ft and faces West so it gets the sun from mid morning right through to the evening. The pool deck area has been extended to provide more space and has two tables and plenty of padded furniture so you and your family can relax and enjoy the sun with a good book or simply watch the children enjoying themselves.
You may choose to relax a while in our new 6 person hot tub whilst enjoying the Floridian evenings.
The Childrens' Suite
THE CHILDRENS' SUITE
On the ground floor and at the front of the house -this room is decorated with an American theme and has bunk beds.
Here you will find the Playstation 2 and cable TV as well as the high speed DSL computer and printer.
This room also has the benefit of its own Winnie -the Pooh shower room close by.
Kitchen and Laundry
THE KITCHEN
This has a fun cow theme to it and is fully fitted and equipped with everything you may need to prepare family meals at home or simply enjoy a take out meal from any of the restaurants in the area that offer this service. Whoever is making the coffee or preparing the food need not feel cut off from the family as they relax because the kitchen is open to the family room and breakfast area.
You will find everything from a blender to a coffee maker -in fact most appliances large or small are provided. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric teapot plus all cooking and serving utensils you may need. We also provide picnic ware should you want to go to visit a park and take lunch. You can choose to eat your meals in the breakfast area, which will accommodate 10, or you can eat in the good size dining room suitable for formal or informal meals.
Also on the ground floor is the LAUNDRY ROOM with large capacity front loading washing machine and separate dryer, iron and ironing board perfect for not taking home dirty laundry. It also means you don't need to take much with you so you can take full advantage of the great shopping in the area.
Games Room
GAME ROOM
When you need a change or a rest from the parks why not have a family sports morning? You can have a game of pool; challenge a family member to air-hockey or table foosball, all of which are found in our game area. If you prefer something a little less energetic then we have a good supply of board games the whole family can enjoy.

The Palms
The Palms is set on an established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of 192 and 27. It is a mixture of vacation and residential homes.
There is a supermarket within half a mile south and there is easy access to I 4 and both coasts, as well as all the stores and restaurants along 192 and the new shopping mall being built just south on 27. It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 30 minutes drive that will suit all levels of play.
We have tennis and basketball courts, a community pool with changing facilities and a children's play area all free for our guests to use.
All in all The Palms is a haven of peace yet still close to the action. So why not stay near the mouse -in Jan's house! But experience the calm of THE PALMS.
