Jansfloridavilla is ideally situated for getting to the main attractions in the area-the theme parks and shopping.

The Palms
The Palms is set on an established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of 192 and 27. It is a mixture of vacation and residential homes.
There is a supermarket within half a mile south and there is easy access to I 4 and both coasts, as well as all the stores and restaurants along 192 and the new shopping mall being built just south on 27. It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 30 minutes drive that will suit all levels of play.
We have tennis and basketball courts, a community pool with changing facilities and a children's play area all free for our guests to use.
All in all The Palms is a haven of peace yet still close to the action. So why not stay near the mouse -in Jan's house! But experience the calm of THE PALMS.
